TRAVELING WITH KIDS

My husband and I love travelling. He travelled a lot around the world when he was young with his family (my mother-in-law is a writer and she took him on several trips because of her research). I travelled mainly through Europe with my parents, and then in North and South America after I graduated from college. After we met, we had a long-distance relationship (think East Coast and Hawaii) for over a year before we got married. To complicate things further, our families live in two different European countries. One can say that traveling has been a key element of our lives together!

After my son's birth six years ago, we have discovered how much we love traveling as a family. Here you'll find my accounts (and tips!) of our travels with kids. Since I started blogging at the beginning of my sabbatical leave in Milan (a recap here), they tend to be a bit skewed towards European destinations, but just for now :)

P.S. I do not travel much alone anymore (cannot bring myself to be apart from my sons!), but you can check out my Paris and Florence city guides here and here. And if you are interested in the places I'd like to visit, you can follow my Pinterest board!
