You may have already read this today, since it has been passed around the web quite a few times. If you have not, you cannot miss Emmy-nominated Mindy Kaling's take on women's stereotypes in Hollywood in this New Yorker's article.
My favourite quote is from the Woman Who Is Obsessed with Her Career:"Since when does holding a job necessitate that a woman pull her hair back in a severe, tight bun? Do screenwriters think that loose hair makes it hard to concentrate?"
