Hello everyone! Are you being patriotic this week?
We celebrated Canada Day on Monday mainly by hanging out at home and preparing our upcoming trips (my husband on business to China, and me and the kids on vacation to Italy -- much more on this soon). We also made an outing to the celebrations at our local park, and as it is mandatory we ate hot dogs and splashed in the sprinklers.
Everyone, and I mean everyone, was wearing this hat, red, or both. Even the kids had red sand buckets. I never felt less patriotic. In my defence, none of my red garments currently fits me... I really should gotten the hat.
